This is my entry in the 2024 Filmsupply Editfest. After choosing a song from a selection of tracks courtesy of musicbed.com.
I created a faux title sequence for 'Colony Six' a sci-fi thriller that follows a team of astronauts and scientists on a high-stakes mission to reach Mars' colonies after a catastrophic event threatens life on Earth. As they race against time to ensure humanity's survival and rebuild civilization, they discover that someone within their ranks is sabotaging the mission, putting the fate of the entire species in jeopardy.
I selected source material from the Filmsupply.com library and built narrative through the edit, adding visual effects to enhance particular shots. I then worked on the titles themselves finalising a font, treatment and subtle animation, before adding a grade and effects to the final edit.
